On a beautiful day, there’s nothing better than sitting outside and watching the world go by while you tuck into some delicious food. Sometimes the thought of trying to find a restaurant can be daunting especially for a large group plus there are an array of options in Brighton and Hove -sometimes it’s hard to know where to start, so we’ve picked out some of our favourites for you:

The Beach Club

New for 2019, The Beach Club boasts one of the best views on the seafront, and it’s cylindrical shape takes full advantage of this! If it’s not quite warm enough to eat out, you can still sit and sea the waves lapping at the shore with its floor to ceiling glass.

Oh So Social

Happily understated this eatery is tucked below the Palace Pier and offers beachside dining and superb cocktails. Used to dealing with large groups you can book ahead and secure your outside space for the evening. Plus there are heaters for when the sun goes down.

The Lion and Lobster

Hidden in the backstreets of Hove, this pub goes on forever – up up and away, with a roof garden and little nooks to tuck yourselves in, it’s a party pub with a yummy food menu, plus they do a set menu option for groups which makes life a bit easier!

Hove Place

A traditional pub with a lovely garden and delicious menu. The garden is a complete sun trap and the pub is tucked away, and frequented by the locals, it has a great atmosphere after work and over the weekend especially when the sun’s out. They’ll take group bookings for their outdoor area, so there’s no need to stress about trying to find a table.

Sometimes it can be hard to find somewhere to eat as a large group, especially if you want to eat outside. You could perhaps get lunch brought to you by booking your own chef – we’ve got some great recommendations for this, or arranging for picnic hampers to take to the beach. Whatever you are looking for, I’m sure we can help, so please mention at the point of booking and we will do our utmost to find you the best options.
